Connected Cosmos Necklace

Circumstellar disks are disk shaped accumulations of matter; there could be asteroids, gas, dust, or other types of matter.  The disks in this necklace mimic one of those formations.  The disks themselves are made of sterling silver and have both meteorite dust and high karat gold fused to the surface.  The necklace is almost 30" in length.  It was designed and handcrafted by Christine Peters, a jewelry artist from Damariscotta, ME.
