Elements Collection

Air- what a force it can be.  Strong winds can bring in weather; good and bad.  Clean air lets us breathe.  This piece is like a strong wind; cool and clean.

The aquamarine in this necklace is 4 mm in diameter and weighs .21 carats.  Mined at the Russell Brothers mine in Topsham, ME (on the coast) in 2007-2010 by Gary Howard.

Earth- our roots, our ground, it supports everything.  

The tourmalines in the Earth necklaces were mined in the early 1900's at the Greenlaw Quarry that is part of Mt. Apatite in Auburn, ME.  The stone measures 4 mm and weighs .27 cts.

Fire- symbolizing passion and creativity. These flames dance around a pink tourmaline.  

These pink tourmalines are from the Dunton Mine in Newry from 1972-1974. Mined by the Plumbago Mining Corporation. 

Water- like the constant flow of a river, the wave in this pendant is always there.

The stones in these pendants were mined at Mt. Apatite from 2007-2010 by Andy Shaw.  They measure 4 mm and weigh .27 cts.

This Collection was designed and crafted by Marie Chantal Nadeau, a jewelry artist from Monteverde, Costa Rica.  Monteverde is host to the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve, which heavily influences her work.  Necklace is sterling silver.
