Heliodor (or golden beryl) is a lesser known gemstone that is mined in Maine. Very often its cut into cabochons and sometimes faceted stones. This cab measures 6.8 mm and weighs 1.32 cts and was mined at the Fuller Mountain mine in Phippsburg, ME from 2005-2006 by Gary Howard. The ring is sterling silver.
