Japan Inspired Earrings by VWD Jewelry

Inspired by Japan, these earrings feature amethyst and tourmalines.  Made into post earrings, the top half of the earrings feature amethyst cabochons that weigh 2.23 total carats. They were mined during the Intergalactic Find at the Deer Hill Mine in Stow, ME in the 1990's by the Intergalactic Mining Corporation.  The tourmalines gently dangling below were mined at Mt. Mica. They have several different color zones with black, pink, and a touch of green.  They weigh a total of 15.61 carats. The earrings have both sterling silver and 18K yellow gold.

The earrings were designed and handcrafted by Victoria Woolen-Danner of VWD Jewelry.  She summers in Bethel, ME and winters in Chicago, Il.
