Rose quartz lovebug

The rose quartz cabochon in this lovebug measures 20 x 15 mm and weighs 14.75 carats.  It was mined in 1966 at the historic Bumpus Mine in Albany Township. Look for the hidden detail peeking through the stone.

The lovebug is captured on a necklace made with garnet beads (sourced from overseas) that is able to be worn at two lengths. The bug measures just about 2" in length. The necklace was designed and handcrafted by Maggie Bokor of Topsham, ME.  Sterling silver.  Only one available.
