Suite of Cushions

This bracelet is beautiful; there is no denying it.  Set with 18 closely matched stones, the stones dance with light.  They each measure 8 x 6 mm and together they weigh 21.57 total carats.  The bracelet is 14K yellow gold.  Mined at the Saltman Prospect in Sweden, ME from 1988-2000 by the Plumbago Mining Corporation.

The Saltman Prospect was a fluke; found during construction, this vein of amethyst didn't produce as much as Deer Hill did.  Amethyst from this find tends to be darker than those stones found at Deer Hill in Stow.
