This classic wedge shaped watermelon tourmaline was found during "The Big Find" at the Dunton Quarry from 1972-1974. The incredible find of tourmaline still remains as one of the largest finds of tourmaline in the United States.
This slice features the famous color split between the pink and the green tourmaline. Weighing in 21.75 carats, the slice has been set in a simple frame made using sterling silver by Scott Lawrence.
