Shipping Policy

All jewelry items ship using the USPS Priority Mail with a signature confirmation. If no signature confirmation is wanted, please leave a note in the order. Priority mail gets to most destinations in 1 to 3 days.

If you would like to arrange other shipping methods, please contact us. If you choose to use the "Books" method of shipping, it will take longer, anywhere from 3 to 7 days, for your item to arrive. 

We are committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date. On the rare occasion that your order is tampered with or lost during shipment, you must report this to us within 5 days of receiving your tracking number.

For insurance reasons we cannot reroute packages after they have shipped from the Maine Mineral & Gem Museum Store.

Return Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: P.O. Box 500 Bethel Maine US 04217

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
